Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
Using this website and the Aegis by Clarvix service ('we', 'the Service') constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or the service.
2. Description of Service
We provide external security assessments for businesses: discovery of public exposure (domains, email configuration, security certificates, public website), executive and technical reports, and remediation support. The service is performed using passive or conservative methods only and does not include active exploitation attempts, phishing, denial-of-service attacks, or any action that could disrupt your ongoing operations, unless otherwise agreed in writing with explicit authorization.
3. Client Responsibility
The client represents and warrants that they are the owner or have legal authority to request a security assessment of the reported digital assets (domains, websites, systems). Providing false information or requesting an assessment of assets without authorization is the client's sole responsibility.
4. Service Limitations
No security assessment, however thorough, can guarantee discovery of every possible flaw or provide a guarantee against future cyberattacks. We do not promise, and do not claim, 'absolute security.' The report reflects only the state observed at the time of the assessment.
5. Payment
The service price is fixed and shown on the website in advance. Payment is arranged as agreed during the intro call, before or after report delivery depending on the specific arrangement with the client.
6. Intellectual Property
The final report (client-specific findings and recommendations) becomes the client's property upon full payment. Site content, methodology, tools, and templates remain the property of Clarvix.
7. Confidentiality
Any information disclosed during the assessment (including findings, configurations, and any credentials exposed by accident) is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without client consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to the client, in any case, will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or damages arising from a cyberattack occurring after report delivery, including flaws not identified within the agreed scope of the assessment.
9. Termination
Either party may cancel the engagement by written notice before the assessment begins. After work has started, cancellation is subject to proportional payment for work already performed.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Israel.
