When you contact us (WhatsApp, email, or an intro call) we collect the information you provide: name, contact details, business name, and details of the digital assets (such as domain name) relevant to the assessment. We don't collect data through third-party tracking cookies — the site only stores your language preference (Hebrew/English) in your browser's local storage, without sharing it with any server.
2. How We Use Your Data
Data is used solely to deliver the requested service: coordination, performing the assessment, preparing the report, and post-delivery follow-up. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Retention
We retain assessment evidence and results for as long as needed to deliver the service and follow-up, and no longer, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with the client. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
4. Third-Party Services
Initial contact happens via WhatsApp (Meta) or email — your use of those services is also subject to their own privacy policies.
5. Your Rights
Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13), you have the right to review data held about you, correct it, and request its deletion. To do so, contact us at contact@clarvix.net.
